HoOpingFit® is group exercise, which has beneficial effect on human body, because during exercises whole body muscels and also deep inner muscles are involved. This exercise is a special one, because with proper technique of arms holding the special hoop, it strenghtens back muscles, improves body posture and relieves back pain. Excellence of the exercise is flexibility of the hoop, which makes vibrations during arms movement and thus helping quickly take shape of arms muscles.
HoOpingFit® is a synonym for strong arms, slim waist, healthy back, fat-burning and rejuvenation.
Project HoOpingFit® started in one small aerobic center in Slovakia in 2014. The founder is Mgr. Simonne Miskovic. Who am I? I´m founder and Master Trainer of group exercise HoOpingFit®. From the young age I live with sport and it accompanies me all my life. I graduated on University of Matej Bel, department of Physical education. During studies I did personal trainings of swimming for myself and fitness, which I do till now. I work as well as instructor of group exercises on trampolines. Sport became the part of my life, it recharges me with energy :)
How did I get the idea?
In my childhood I used to spon with hula hoop. This tool is now bound to me and it became a part of my everyday life and exercising. It helped me to create shape of my body, my hips a waist, to stay fit. If it helps me, it can help other people as well, so I decided to make the versatile tool from hula hoop for group exercises.

HoOpingFit® uses special hoops, which are different from children hoops in size, weight and material. Our hoops have average 100,5 cm and weight 1,2 kg. With the greater and heavier the hoop it is possible to do the movement slowly and controlled (intensity of exercise), which allows to focus on pelvis-spinning movement and other elements of exercising. The tackle is silent and is highly effective from a health perspective.
Traditional hoops or “hula hoops” are known from 50s of 20th century. In the past, hoops were considered only as a form of entertainment.

HoOpingFit® BASICBecoming instructor of HoOpingFit® means to graduate in Basic Program. It is most important and most comprehensive training, in which varies blocks of practical and theoretical parts. Practical part includes proper selection of music, maintaining rythm, structure of lesson, strenghtening, streching, proper exercise technique, body language and in theoretical part it is terminology, personality of instructor, basic information about hoop, positive effect of exercising with hoop and first aid. After the training every particpant gets international certificate of instructor of HoOpingFit® BASIC, instructional DVD and scripts.
HoOpingFit® KIDSThe program is focused on exercising with hoop as a game. The aim is to make fun and entertain children while excersicing. After completion of training every participant gets international instructor certificate of HoOpingFit® KIDS and scripts.
HoOpingFit® REHAB Extension training, after which every participant obtains international certificate of instructor HoOpingFit® REHAB and instructional DVD. Work-out oriented for improvement of motion system and maintaining physical fitness. The aim of the exercises is to practice the muscles of the whole body. Rehabilitation and fitness exercises with special hoop is a combination of static strenghtening, stabilizing exercises and stretching.
HoOpingFit® STRONG Extension training, after which every participant obtains international certificate of instructor HoOpingFit® STRONG and instructional DVD. Work-out program oriented for improvement of strenght and dynamics. The aim of the exercises with special hoop is intended for improvement of strenght, agility and endurance.
